house style and consistency

The palate has just enough glycerol to get the thing going

It has an intense straw-yellow colour with a light nuance of antique rose

a bit going on

but which also gives a reserve 'green wine' which Willy uses to correct acidity naturally

Cape Mentelle Marmaduke Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Size::12 Bottle Case house style and consistencyAppearance: Bright pale straw with a brilliant green hue. Nose: Bright floral notes and lemon pith. Palate: Green apple and lemon which carry through to a crisp and refreshing finish.
