Castagna ‘Adam's Rib White’ Chardonnay-Viognier 2021 rivesaltes-aoc This is a modern ValeAdam's rib white is a blend of two noble white varietals chardonnay and viognier. Gently saline, with savoury whiffs over apple, pear scents and throw in some stone fruit. Mouth filling texture with juiciness and richness finishing nutty, lightly salty, fresh. A generous and textural white done well.
