I thought it would be interesting to age the last year of the century in a separate and unique cellar. The entire 1999 harvest has aged in the cellar of Villeneuve Haut, slightly less humid than those of Montendres. It was bottled at the end of 2017. Aromatically, it is the bridge between the flower of Napoleon and the fruits of the old reserve (X. O.). The
