Barolo del Comune di Barolo DOCG 2016 Marchesi di Barolo Alberto montini Once the processing is finishedThe grapes for this Barolo come exclusively from the best vineyards in the municipalities of Castiglione Falletto, Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. The vines are trained in espalier Guyot on hills with good slopes. The soils are of medium texture with a consistent content of quartz sand which gives richness and intensity of flavor and freshness to the wine. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, quickly brought to the cellar for processing.
