Edwards Chardonnay 2016 dolcetto but it softens quite quicklyFresh and tight; this wine is refined and elegant with intergrated complexity gained through carefully managed barrel fermentation. The generous flavours and texture from the wild ferment marry beautifully with the citrus and stone fruits which flow through the nose. The zesty acidity is balanced perfectly with the fruit purity, quality fine grained French oak and lees characters, providing a lingering finish.
