Pedro Mendez Tinto Xuntanza NV CRUSEBUB the final product is broughtEqual parts Menca and Cao Tinto from Salns Valley, this blend unites two vintages into a harmonious whole. Aromatic restraint opens quickly to spice, orange peel, and pomegranate notes, while the palate presents Menca's softness against Cao's mineral tension and salivating acidity. Mellow yet stern, it demonstrates Pedro Mndez's commitment to traditional Galician reds.
