2023 Hirsch Bohan Dillon Pinot Noir Chardonnay lifted structureHirsch is a legend in Sonoma wine, specifically Fort Ross Seaview. Originally purchased in 1978, Hirsch owns some of the oldest vines in the Sonoma Coast, selling to Littorai, Williams Selyem, Kistler and Failla who all make Hirsch designated wines. Perfumed, saturated, rich California Pinot fruit but with elegance. Only 12. 9% alcohol.
