Domaine Christian Salmon Pouilly Fume Clos des Criots 2022 united states it has a sunnierFum means smoky in French which is a key indication of the style. Intense and complex floral aromas melt into smoky, mineral flavours coupled with a refreshing citrus and grapefruit edge. It has a great rounded mouth feel and an uplifting dry finish.
