Old Kempton Six Shillings Gin (50ml) Size::1 Bottle What is the annual productionSix Shillings references the sum that William Ellis, the once convict and founder of Dysart house, admitted to embezzling (in fact the figure was closer to 6000). Juniper and coriander work with 12 other botanicals, including dried fruits (orange, mango, pineapple and kiwi fruit) and Tasmanian native pepper berry. They are soaked in a cane sugar base spirit in a muslin cloth in the spirit still for one day, followed by a one day distillation process.
