Gemtree Small Batch Fiano 2023 chateau-ferran-pessac a bit going onCertified organic and biodynamic. Low preservative. Vegan friendly. This Small Batch Fiano wine instantly opens up with lifted and fragrant aromas of honeysuckle fangipani and pear. Pear characters continues through to the palate along with hints of lemon curd and honey. The concrete egg fermentation and lees stirring adds further intrigue and complexity to the wine. It is rich textural and full of flavour.
